Indicast # 109: Delhi Fogged Out!

Sidin Vadukut, the Managing Editor of LiveMint.com joined us to talk a bit about his forthcoming book, ,Dork: The Incredible Adventures of Robin 'Einstein' Varghese, and a bit more about the Chetan Bhagat controversy which has found a lot of newspaper space lately. This podcast was free-flowing (well, another way of saying that we were all over the place). We spoke about how beautifully the Indian Hockey Federation is handing its hockey player’s demands by breaking new records in unprofessionalism. Down Under in Australia, Indian students will not opt for "frivolous courses" if they are to take Mr. SM Krishna's advice. Back home in Goa, the tourism department is planning to ban Bikini clad advertisements on hoardings to make Goa a more family friendly place. Well, that's the way to go about it! Sidin who is residing in Delhi brings us a firsthand account of the fog situation out there and how is it affecting daily lives.

You can follow Sidin at @Sidin, Aditya at @acmhatre and me at @abhishekumar

Ritika: Yeah, having Sidin was fun, he sure was the man of the podcast but I am not sure if A&A will be sorry that sidin "stole" the show. Infact, they would (should) be happy they he was very chatty and funny. There's no fun in having a guest and then not letting him be under the spotlight.

Also, the topics were in his domain. I mean his book is coming out goes well with the chetan bhagat story and Delhi fog story goes well with him being in Delhi.

A&A: Get more guests on...
