On the Operation Table

Generally, all of us fit humans, only hear about operations and surgeries. We hear about them from friends and family, see them in the movies and on television. They generally look all slick with the doctors saving the day in the end, well in most cases. I was a never big fan of these operation table stories, but as luck would have it, I was in one just a week ago.

Every kid in secondary school now has an account or Orkut or Facebook. If you don’t you’re considered outcast, weird or just internet-illiterate. Right now social networking is the new drug, it’s the latest addiction, the latest universal pandemic.

There are numbers everywhere you look. We’ve got numbers associated with everything, well almost. Basically all the numbers and lists come from the stats, like in sport it’s your achievements, or the number of hits you get with your song, if you are a musician. Or maybe the amount your movie grossed at the box office and so on.

Idiots did price your device. But who cares?

We all love music. No doubt about that. There are a million genres of music, each one having its own set of listeners and creators. Making music is an art and a talent. Many individuals have mastered it while a few others are still on the verge of stardom. But the most important component in the structure of stardom, is the listeners, the fans, the ears in which the two ear-phones fit in.

I love passing my time when I’m free. Read a book, not looking at the author or watch a movie not caring who’s in it or who’s made it. Just for the fun of it and for the main purpose of killing my time.
