Formula 1 in India by 2010

As Kimi Raikkonen upset Lewis Hamilton at the Chinese Grand Prix, Suresh Kalmadi of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) announced (this time, officially) that India would indeed host the Grand Prix in early 2010. A contract to that effect has been signed bewtween Bernie Ecclestone and the IOA which shall hold ground for 10 years.

“Crazy Valuation,” exclaimed the web community when ebay bought out Skype a couple of years ago for a sum which has left it gasping for breath today. $2.6 billion was a lot of money then and is a lot of money now!
