Top 15 emerging software companies to work for in India

The large Indian IT companies might be heading for tough times with forthcoming lay-offs. But all might not be lost for technology and software workers as a few companies are ramping up their operations. NASSCOM has released a list ranking top 15 best mid-sized IT and BPO organizations to work for.

The ranking was done based on factors like non-hierarchical work environment, innovation culture, commitment to employee empowerment within the organisation and employee training taken up by organization for their current and future roles. HeroITES turned out to be the #1 emerging company to work for followed by Corbus, an IT and Procurement outsourcing solutions.

These companies might not be the top of the mind right now but certainly worth taking a look at. The advatange of working in such growing coming might actually expedite your way to the top since you are much likely to get noticed than in the usual suspects.
